Can you make copies of this? I'd love one for my basement.

I can do more, but they are not cheap. The banner alone costs over 50 bucks. If you want a commission, I did a price breakdown in one of my earlier posts about this banner.

Question: what fabric and paints did you use? do you have a video tutorial for banners?

I don't have a step by step tutorial. The red banner was just fabric I bought from an online store. I got two colors, and actually used them both to give it a nice change on the other side. I had a friend actually cut and sew the banner to my measurements. I got some prepared painting canvas and used that for the painting surface. It is a better surface to paint on then fabric. Then I had the painting sewn onto the red fabric.

The actual painting part? I use the same concept as my models. Start with dark colors and layer on increasingly lighter colors, in smaller and smaller amounts, with the lightest color always being the area I want to be the highlighted edge. Stuff I learned in college. :)

And the paints are Grumbacher Academy Acrylic. They run like 8-10 bucks a 3 ounce tube for the standard colors, Cadmium colors are more.
