How to paint Rusty Krieg?? 0 Comments - 25 Oct 2018 Long time no see!
Among the many projects I have been working on, and yes I do still live... are some Krieg.
I was inspired to do some Krieg by my friend Ed Miller who was playing a heavy Guard army with Smash Captain Blood Angels and that for some reason tickled my fancy... and my friend John Stiening who has one of the prettiest Krieg armies I... More Link |

Wow. That is looking mightily impressive, the paint job is stunning. How do you plan the turret fitting in with the bodywork?
I really like it.
That looks brilliant. I really love the paint job, and it is amazingly striking. I was wondering how the turret paint work is going to fit in with the main bodywork?
Great stuff.
(apologies if this is my second post, the first one didn't seem to appear)
No worries, comments dont appear until I ok them. Spam moderation. I am painting wings on the turret to blend with the tank. Looking straight down, or straight ahead, you shouldnt be able to tell a difference...
I am going to paint the whole thing for now, and work on some good weathering/battle damage ideas I have been discussing with Ed, Matt and Cho. (club buddies) I will definitely be taking the brush to the checkers again... But the wings will probably remain as is, I have a very expressive style and when matched up with the rest of my tanks and marines, the brush strokes will look good.

We have a winner!
Daaayyymm son, that checkering is killer and the icon is going to look sweet. So much for me taking best painted this Saturday at the Brothers Grim tourney.
Warmaster.....you better be sharpening your skillz....
Great job so far. I know it's a long and hard road, but as all artist (aren't we all) know, the end result is definately worth it. I know that's how I feel about my mini's. Love in each and every one of them. It'll be really nice to finally have some club members (other than Warmaster BM) joining in on the actions of Golden Demon. :)
yeah chris looks great, I cant wait to blow a hole in it with a melta gun!
It's awesome!
DUDE THAT IS SICK!!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THAT! LOVE IT! KEEP IT UP!
